Creative ART By Kelly - helps sponsor the Coup de Cascades Bicycle Race

Local Redmond ARTIST and owner of Creative ART by Kelly, is "IN" again, this year.  Kelly Kyle is pleased to announce that she has stepped up to be a sponsor of the Coup de Cascades, Bicycle Race, in Redmond. this 2nd year of the exciting event.  The Coup de Cascades is the brain child of Kelly Kyle & Shannon Henery friends from the Ames Lake area in Redmond. Shannon & Kelly started talking one day and decided the PNW area needed an Ultra Marathon Cycling Association event, (UMCA) and the Redmond Rousers could use a Big Fundraiser. So we put our heads together and BAM!, here it is. This Year's RACE & RIDES are listed on the official Coup de Cascades website. CLICK HERE to go see more & to sign up. AUG 18th & 19th 2012.  You can race solo or as a team....or ride in the supported rides of 25, 50 & 100 miles. Details are listed on the site.

NOTE...... LAST YEAR'S 2011, HIGHLIGHTS:
This first inaugural Race was on Sept 24th & 25th 2011 will started in Marymoor Park, LOT A....and will be a lot of fun. Racers are signing up as we speak. And We added 2 RIDES for people who wanted to do a  54 mile 1/2 century and 101 mile Century Ride. So now, we have something for everyone. This year the most of the money we raise will go to ENDING POLIO NOW, A campaign started by Rotary International, and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. They gave Rotary a CHALLENGE Grant of 200 million dollars and said, ROTARIANS are trustworthy and "DO" what they say they will do. We have almost completed our part of the ask. NOW, we must help fund the last 27 million dollars... 173 million has already been raised in the past 2 years. The Redmond Rousers Rotary Club is on it's way to helping to wipe POLIO off the map. Thank You for your donations and support.

"ORIGINAL"  SOLD   $1,500.00 framed 14x18 fine art original.
This fine art, acrylic painting is a piece I created in my cabin in Chesaw, close to Oroville, Wa. in 2009. My love of birds and wild flowers kept me engaged to paint this piece.
